VIEWING LOCATIONS

1. Terminal - Multi Storey Car Park

Located opposite the main terminal. The roof gives excellent views of the airfield, all runways and aircraft parked at the terminal.

2. Terminal - Daugherty’s Café

Located on the 1st floor and has outside viewing decks on each side of the bar are. Excellent views of the runways and aircraft parked at the terminal

3. Gulfstream Aerospace

Located to the left of the terminal and car park. By driving down the road between Gulfstream Aerospace and the Los Angeles Sherriff’s Dept. Not a place to hang around as you will be moved on but essential to see a few of the Gulfstream’s that are in the hangers.

4. Fire Department Car Park

Located on Lakewood Blvd. Leave airport and turn right onto Lakewood Blvd, After the Fire Department Building turn right into car park. Landing shots can be taken here in the afternoon once the sun has moved around. You can also view the Gulfstream Aerospace hangers from a different angle.

5. DeVry University Car Park

Located on Kilroy Airport Way. Gives good views of the approach and good for landing shots in the morning before the sun moves around.

6. Rainbow Air Academy Observation Deck

Located further down the road from DeVry University. At the side of the Rainbow Air office are some steps which will take you to the observation deck. Good views of the C-17's parked on the Boeing ramp can be gained from this location.
